Psychotherapy for children, teens and families

Nope! Families can self-refer to Family Tree Therapy anytime.

Therapy sessions are $175-$195 depending on the practitioner and type of appointment. Most appointments are 50-60 minutes and include all materials used in session and take-home education or items for the family. Psychotherapy is commonly covered by most extended health care benefits.

Yes, we’re happy to offer virtual options when that feels like the best fit for your family. Virtual therapy can be an excellent resource for adults and couples.

We are just at the beginning of being able to offer direct billing! This process requires a lot of careful planning and our team is setting up direct billing with most major insurance companies to increase access to therapeutic care. We anticipate direct billing platforms will be ready by Summer, 2026!
