Lindsay has over 15 years of experience supporting adults, couples, youth, and children (ages 6+), including members of the military community and first responders. She specializes in EMDR therapy, helping clients process painful experiences, grief, and challenging life moments. Lindsay supports individuals in navigating events that feel overwhelming or “stuck,” recognizing how these experiences can affect how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us.
She also brings deep experience working with children, youth, and families navigating complex situations, helping individuals feel safe, understood, and supported as they process difficult experiences. In addition to EMDR, Lindsay draws on attachment-based and Emotion-Focused approaches to create a compassionate, collaborative path forward.
Her goal is to help clients explore their feelings, process past experiences, and move toward clarity, connection, and emotional balance.
