Sarah’s learning journey began in the field of Computer Science where she specialized in Cognitive Science - exploring relationships between the mind, body, and world around us. After working in diverse roles supporting youth in her community, she decided to shift gears and pursue further education in Counselling Psychology. Sarah now practices as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) providing mental health support to children, youth, and adults. Working from a strength-based and neurodiversity-affirming lens, Sarah brings a playful yet grounded presence to the therapy room, emphasizing curiosity and co-regulation. She believes that growth happens within supportive, attuned relationships and helps her clients in identifying strengths, embracing differences, and exploring their experiences in a way that feels safe and accessible.
